Processing Times :

  • Orders are processed within 1‑3 business days of order confirmation (excluding weekends & holidays).

Shipping Zones & Methods :

  • We offer the following delivery options:
    • Standard Shipping (3‑7 business days)
    • Express Shipping (1‑3 business days)
    • Local Delivery / Pickup (where applicable)
    Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and speed.

Shipping Costs :

  • Displayed at checkout. Remote areas or large/fragile items may incur extra charges.

Delivery Estimates :

Tracking & Notifications :

  • Tracking numbers are provided once the order ships. You may track via courier website.

Multiple Shipments :

  • Parts of an order may ship separately.

Exceptions & Delays :

  • No shipping on Sundays and local public holidays.
  • We will notify of major delays affecting your order status.
