Order Cancellation :
- You may cancel orders before dispatch. Once dispatched, cancellations are no longer accepted.
Refund Conditions :
- Refunds or exchanges accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
- Notify us within 7 days of delivery with supporting evidence.
- Once approved, refunds are processed within 7‑10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Refund Method :
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method. Refunds may take additional time depending on the issuer.
Return Shipping Costs :
- If the fault is ours (e.g., wrong/damaged product), return shipping is at our expense.
- Otherwise, return costs may be borne by you.
